This software and its source code are proprietary and confidential. The source
code is non-public. This is NOT open-source software.

1. Grant of use. Subject to these terms, the copyright holder ("Licensor")
   grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free,
   revocable license to install, access, and run the Software (including any
   hosted or executable form Licensor makes available to you) at no charge, for
   any lawful purpose.

2. Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted in Section 1, you may NOT:
   (a) copy, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise
       make available the Software or its source code to any third party;
   (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software or
       its source code;
   (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any compiled or obfuscated
       form, except, and only to the extent, applicable law expressly permits
       despite this limitation;
   (d) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, license, or proprietary notice.

3. Ownership. The Software and its source code are owned by Licensor and are
   protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. No title or
   ownership is transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are
   reserved by Licensor.

4. Confidentiality. The source code is confidential information of Licensor.
   Any access you may have to it does not grant any right to use, disclose,
   reproduce, or redistribute it beyond the license in Section 1.

5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT
   WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE
   IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
   NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT
   SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
   CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY CLAIM OR OTHER LIABILITY, ARISING FROM OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination. This license terminates automatically, without notice, if you
   breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the
   Software. Sections 3–6 survive termination.

8. Reservation. Licensor may modify these terms or discontinue the Software at
   any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised
   terms.

Reference material: certain drill movements and member symbols are derived from
the Canadian Forces Manual of Drill and Ceremonial (A-DH-201-000/PT-000),
